“I woke up early to an invitational car and bike show, the day after the bands, drinking and adoration of the classic beasts. There was little movement from the attendees who camped the night, empty beer cans around ashes where campfires burnt the night before, a fog set in as the sun came up,” describes the artist, Tim Harris. “[The fog] hovered low—so low that it drifted in and around the old cars with their windows open. It was almost as if it was the calm after the storm from the partying and good times which brought everyone together.”
“I love the warmth of this image. Despite the coldness of the fog and the drips of condensation, you are left feeling good and invited into the picture.”
What is a Giclée Print? The word “Giclée” is French for “sprayed ink.” Today, the term is used to describe a sophisticated inkjet printmaking process which creates the highest quality fine art reproductions. All of our inhouse prints are manufactured in this way. Giclée printing offers extra-fine image resolution, helping to retain a higher degree of detail from the original fine art or photographic images.
